Authorities arrested Chinese nationals, accused of holding a snake barbecue, who revealed that the lunch was sheep's penis, not snakes, according to the Egyptian police.
Earlier on Wednesday, security forces in Cairo arrested five Chinese people, including two women over charges of attempting to hold a snake barbecue at a small garden in a villa in Madinaty, eastern Cairo.
The locals notified the police that a Chinese woman held a grilling party and suspected she grilled snakes because of their big sizes, a matter which is not beloved in Egypt.

The security forces decided to test the Chinese people for detecting coronavirus and sterilize the villa.
Social media users expressed their anger at the incident, claiming that such a matter could bring diseases like the coronavirus outbreak.
It is worth noting that the coronavirus outbreak began with a woman who ate a bat soup in China's Wuhan, resulting in infecting more than 500,000 people and killing nearly 20,000 around the world.
In Egypt, the number of positive cases reached 456 and the deaths were 21 people.
