Prime Minister (PM) Dr. Mostafa Madbouly stated that Suez Canal has lost more than 60% of its revenue, amounting to $550-600 million monthly, due to the ongoing events in the region.
During a meeting with several intellectual figures to discuss various current issues, PM emphasized the enormous uncertainty governments face, which forces them to operate under a theory of continuity and stability.
He commented, "We don’t know what might happen in the next two or three hours."
