Egypt's Prime Minister (PM) Moustafa Madbouly affirmed on Egypt and Sudan's historical rights in Grand Ethiopian Renaissance Dam (GERD) file.
In a joint press conference with his Sudanese counterpart Abdalla Hamdok, Madbouly pointed out that Egypt is not against development in Ethiopia, without harming Sudanese and Egyptian interests.
He also added that Egypt is keen on resuming GERD negotiations to reach a legally binding deal.

Hamdok is accompanied by a high-level delegation, including, Sudanese Minister of Foreign Affairs Mariam Al-Sadek Al-Mahdi, Minister of Media Hamza Al-Amir, Minister of Irrigation Yasser Abbas, in addition to the ministers of electricity, agriculture, commerce, and industry.
