Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly welcomed Masaki Noke, Ambassador of Japan to Egypt, on Thursday, as his work period came to an end.
During his meeting with Madbouly, Noke expressed his great pride and happiness in representing his country in Egypt, calling it an important stage that witnessed positive developments in forming bilateral relations.
Moreover, the ambassador hailed the Egyptian government’s efforts in handling the Coronavirus pandemic, highlighting its remarkable success in achieving positive growth rates, and maintaining good performance regarding the economy despite the pandemic.
Lastly, the Prime Minister thanked the Japanese ambassador for his hard efforts in strengthening bilateral relations between the two countries, wishing him success in his upcoming mission.
Notably, President Abdel Fattah El Sisi visited Japan twice in 2019, to attend the G20 and the G7 Summits.
