Egypt's Prime Minister (PM) Moustafa Madbouly held talks, Sunday, with his Jordanian counterpart Bisher Al-Khasawneh, on the sidelines of launching an industrial partnership initiative.
The meeting was attended by Egyptian and Jordanian industry ministers as well as ambassadors of both countries.
At the outset of the meeting, Al-Khasawneh praised the historical ties between the two countries, the strong relations between their leaders, and the growing level of cooperation between Egypt, and Jordan.
Moreover, he expressed his aspiration to implement the cooperation initiative terms that were agreed upon, so that the peoples of the three countries will bear its fruits and achieve prosperity.
On his part, Madbouly expressed his confidence that the Integrated Industrial Partnership Initiative will represent a good beginning for the three countries.
In this regard, he stressed on directives of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi to actively follow up on the stages of implementation of the agreed projects.
Moreover, the Egyptian PM added that the economic and industrial components possessed by the three countries, in addition to the exceptional fraternal relations linking the leaders of Egypt, Jordan, and the UAE, will constitute a huge impetus for meeting the aspirations of our countries towards achieving integration and facing challenges.
