Prime Minister (PM) Dr. Mostafa Madbouly emphasized that Israel's actions in Gaza are not self-defense against terrorism but rather collective punishment targeting innocent civilians. "This is evident to everyone," he stated, highlighting that over 45,000 people have lost their lives, with more than 100,000 injured.
"We must acknowledge this, yet many have described it as justified," he added.
Speaking at the 22nd edition of the Doha Forum 2024,PM addressed the worsening refugee crisis.
He remarked, "The situation has deteriorated, and we must consider what has been happening in Europe, where many rights have been violated. Political parties have risen to power, rejecting immigration, asylum, and displacement from Lebanon, Syria, and Palestine."
