On Saturday, Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouli announced that the Central Business District in the New Administrative Capital (NAC) is a crucial financial and business hub in Egypt's new capital.
During his visit to the Central Business District, Madbouli said that the project is being executed with the latest urban systems to become a symbol of the new capital.
The management and operation plan for the Central Business District aims to attract major companies, entities, and well-known international brands.
Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities Assem El-Gazzar informed the premier that the project is being implemented according to international standards for managing and operating skyscrapers and smart cities, in line with a global marketing plan.
The Central Business District project is the first of its kind in Egypt and is considered a significant milestone in the country's development and urban renaissance.
The minister also briefed Madbouli on the project's completion rates, which include 20 towers for various uses, including the Iconic Tower, which is being built in cooperation with the Chinese CSCEC, one of the largest contracting companies worldwide. It is the tallest tower in Africa, standing at 400 meters.
