Prime Minister (PM) Dr. Mostafa Madbouly stated that Egypt has faced significant economic challenges in recent years due to regional and international crises.
However, he added, the country has managed to overcome many of these difficulties, achieving positive GDP growth, a decline in both inflation and unemployment rates, and continued implementation of economic reforms.
He also emphasized Egypt’s efforts to support the private sector and improve the investment climate.
Speaking at the “Egyptians Abroad Conference,” PM added: “In line with the directives of the President of the Republic, the government has been keen to implement a package of social protection measures aimed at supporting the most vulnerable segments of society.”
It is worth mentioning that, “Egyptians Abroad Conference” serves as a national platform to foster direct dialogue and engagement between the state and Egyptian expatriates.
It aims to address their concerns, understand their aspirations and proposals, and encourage their involvement in national development plans and strategies.
The regular convening of the conference reflects the state's commitment to maintaining strong ties and open communication with Egyptian communities around the world, while also updating them on the country's progress across various sectors.
