Prime Minister (PM) Mostafa Madbouly departed Cairo International Airport this morning, heading to the Iraqi capital, Baghdad, to co-chair the third session of the Egyptian-Iraqi Joint Higher Committee alongside his Iraqi counterpart.
He is accompanied by a delegation of ministers and officials.
According to Cabinet spokesperson Mohamed El-Homsani, PM and Mohammed Shia' Al-Sudani will lead an expanded discussion session to address various issues of mutual interest between the two nations.
El-Homsani added that the two prime ministers will also co-chair an economic forum, bringing together a large number of business leaders from both countries to explore opportunities for investment and trade cooperation.
