on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of National Police Day, Prime Minister (PM) Moustafa Madbouly sent a congratulatory telegram to Interior Minister Mahmoud Tawfik.
In the telegram, Madbouly expressed his gratitude to policemen, who are committed to their duty and always ready to sacrifice their lives for the sake of their homeland.
It is worth mentioning that National Police Day marks a battle fought by police forces in 1952 against British occupation forces in Ismailia City, which resulted in dozens of deaths and injuries.
