Hussein Al-Sheikh, Secretary-General of the Executive Committee of the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO), has condemned the Israeli stance that targets Saudi Arabia’s sovereignty and suggests the establishment of a Palestinian state on its territory.
In a statement posted on Platform "X" on Saturday, Al-Sheikh described this position as a violation of international law and conventions. He reaffirmed that the State of Palestine will only exist on Palestinian land, according to the Palestinian News Agency "WAFA."
Al-Sheikh also expressed appreciation for Saudi Arabia’s leadership and people, recognizing their consistent support for international legitimacy and commitment to the two-state solution as the foundation for security, stability, and peace in the region.
