On Thursday, the British newspaper Daily Mail posted that Pfizer has failed to deliver almost 10 milion COVID-19 vaccine doses to the EU.

The milions of dozes were supposed to be delivered in December.

A few hours ago, Brussels revealed at least "one-third short" of the expected supply.

Moreover, the EU has faced various clashes with COVID-19 vaccine firms such as AstraZeenca and Pfizer.

"Newly-unchained Brexit Britain has now administered 24.3 vaccination doses per 100,000 people, while the EU has managed just 5.19 per 100,000," Daily Mail reported.

Brussels expressed that Pfizer delivered 4.8 million doses to the EU this week, increasing the total number of the delivered jabs to 28 milion.

On the other hand, the jiant firm declined to comment, expressing that the schedules of its shipmints were 'confidential,' according to the newspaper.

It is expected that 5 million doses will arrive to Belgium in the upcoming few weeks.

Last month, Pfizer warned its customers that there may be some delays to the deliverance of the doses due to some upgraddings in its factories including its Brussels one.
