Peter Mimi Announces "The Underdogs" Franchise

Egyptian director Peter Mimi announced Wednesday on Instagram a new project.

The project, called "The Underdogs", will consist of a series of Arab films and TV shows that take place in a shared universe, where the events and characters are connected.

Mimi also shared the first poster of the project, along with the phrase: "On that night, time stopped and everything began to deviate from its course, and out of the depths of their hearts someone else came out."

The director described the project as "A new dream that will start soon".

It is expected that his new Sci-fi film “Mousa“ will be part of that world, which debuts on August 11.
