US House of Representatives Speaker Nancy Pelosi said Sunday that US President Joe Biden should run for re-election in 2024, calling him a "great president of our country" who has "achieved a lot" for Americans.
"He's done a lot of really cool things, he's putting money in people's pockets, he's providing them with vaccinations, kids are back in school, people are back at work," Pelosi said in comments reported by the US newspaper 'The Hill'.
It is worth mentioning that, White House officials had previously indicated that Biden intended to run for Presidency but no final announcement has been made so far.
