Pascal Gross netted a 90+3 penalty goal to force Liverpool to hold a 1-1 draw against Brighton in the 10th round of the Premier League.
Liverpool went top of the league, though they won’t feel like celebrating after a frustrating afternoon at the Amex Stadium. Sadio Mane netted the second for Liverpool after Robertson's free-kick was headed home by Mane
The VAR disallowed the goal for an offside on Mane, as he moved too early and was clearly offside when the free-kick was taken.
Brighton missed a penalty in the 21st minute when stepped up, sent Alisson the wrong way and put it a good foot past the post.

Fourteen minutes later, Mohamed Salah scored the opening goal for the Reds with a finish into the turf that bounced over Ryan and in, but the Video Assistant Referee disallowed the goal due to an offside on the Egyptian star and back to 0-0 we go.
