The Ministry of Interior is enhancing its security preparations, today, Monday, to secure the run-off rounds of the first stage of the parliamentary elections, as the Ministry adopted a comprehensive security plan to secure citizens while casting votes.
The plan includes intensive security deployment in the vicinity of the committees and polling stations and all the roads leading to them.
Voting process will start today, Monday, in 13 governorates to select 109 members of parliament.
The National Elections Authority (NEA) coordinates with the concerned government agencies to secure the election process.
