Egypt’s House of Representatives Speaker, Hanafy El-Gebaly, has extended his sincere congratulations to MP Mohamed Abou El-Enein, Deputy Speaker of the Egyptian Parliament, on his unanimous election as President of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Union for the Mediterranean (PA-UfM).
