The Palestinian Ambassador in Egypt Diab Al Louh announced, Friday, that Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas will arrive in Cairo, tomorrow, to take part Conference on Supporting Jerusalem by the League of Arab States.
Al Louh said that the participation of President Abbas came in light of the fierce attacks of Israeli troops against Juraselm and its holy sites, alongside the increase of Israeli efforts to change the original identity of the city and its landmarks, mainly the Al-Aqsa Mosque.
He added that Abbas wants to shed light on the suffering of the people of Juraselm and their efforts to defend their lands, highlighting, that they need Arab support through investments in different sectors such as health care, housing, women's empowerment, and education.
The Ambassador revealed that the President will present a proposal for a volunteering fund to support Juraselm, alongside forming a legal team for examining the violations of the Israeli side and bringing them to international courts.
