Palestine's President, Qatari Emir Discuss Latest Developments in Gaza

On Tuesday, Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas discussed the latest developments in Gaza, and the occupied lands of Palestine with the Emir of Qatar Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani.

In the phone call, Abbas asserted the necessity of stopping the Israeli attacks on the Gazans, and any attempts of re-settlement of the Palestinians in Gaza, West Bank, and Jerusalem.

Abu Mazen also reviewed the efforts of Qatar, and the Arabs to stop the Israeli attacks against the Palestinian lands, and speed the process of humanitarian aid delivery in addition to providing water and electricity as soon as possible to back hospitals and refugee centers to continue working.

Abu Mazen also thanked the Qatari Emir for his support of the Palestinian crisis, praising the efforts of Qatar towards Palestine.

On his side, the Qatari Emir discussed the latest developments of the regional, and international efforts that support the truce in Gaza, and de-escalate the tensions in Palestine.

He also asserted the importance of continuing to deliver humanitarian aid in Gaza to enhance peace and stability in the region.
