The Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs issued a statement decrying the daily crimes committed by the Israeli occupation against Palestinian citizens. Particularly in Jerusalem and "Area C" regions, where settlers receive full freedom and government support for settlement construction, Palestinians are restricted from reclaiming their land or building upon it due to the strong Israeli occupation.

The statement emphasized the responsibility of the international community to enforce international law, expressing disappointment in the lack of implementation of over a thousand decisions in favor of the Palestinian cause. It accused the world of double standards and called for immediate action.

The Palestinian Foreign Ministry condemned the actions of Israeli occupation forces, settler militias, and armed terrorist organizations for their crimes against Palestinian citizens, their land, properties, and holy sites. It viewed the recent increase in house demolitions and land seizures as part of Israel's ongoing war on Palestinian political and human existence, especially in occupied East Jerusalem and other "Area C" regions.

The statement warned against Israel's rapid efforts to complete the gradual annexation of the West Bank, which it argued undermines the possibility of establishing a Palestinian state with East Jerusalem as its capital, outside of negotiations.

In conclusion, the Palestinian Foreign Ministry held major powers responsible for providing protection to Israel's violations and crimes, attributing the failure to enforce and respect international law to their actions.

The Palestinian call for the United Nations to label Israel as an apartheid state marks a significant moment in Middle Eastern politics. It urges the international community to reevaluate the Israeli-Palestinian conflict in light of international law and human rights. The response of the UN to this request could have far-reaching consequences for the region and the world as a whole.
