Pakistan has launched a modern media hub to support coverage of ongoing negotiations between the United States and Iran, positioning Islamabad as a key center for international diplomacy and media access.

Information Minister Attaullah Tarar said Saturday that the government established the facility at the Jinnah Convention Centre to accommodate both local and foreign journalists. The center features high-speed internet and a range of free services aimed at making coverage faster and more efficient.

To help journalists move easily between locations, authorities have arranged transportation between the media hub and a hotel in the city’s main commercial district. Pakistan is also offering visa-on-arrival for reporters and official delegations traveling from the United States and Iran, streamlining entry for those involved in the talks.

Inside the facility, journalists have access to fully equipped workstations with laptops and charging points. Large screens broadcast major local and international TV networks, while designated spaces are available for live broadcasts, press briefings, and interviews.

The negotiations are set to take place at the Serena Hotel Islamabad, with formal sessions expected to begin Sunday afternoon, depending on progress in preliminary meetings with Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif.
