More than 400 aid trucks have crossed into the Gaza Strip as part of Egypt’s ongoing humanitarian initiative “Zad Al-Ezzah.”

The unloading area at the Rafah border crossing was reported completely clear on Monday after the completion of the 59th convoy’s delivery of fuel, food, medicine, and other relief supplies. Preparations are now underway to receive Convoy No. 60 within the coming hours.

The latest activity reflects an accelerated pace of aid delivery compared to previous weeks, with a noticeable increase in the number of trucks carrying essential relief materials into Gaza.

Observers and humanitarian workers described the delivery of more than 400 trucks as a significant achievement, underscoring Egypt’s ongoing efforts to meet the growing humanitarian needs inside the enclave.

The Egyptian Red Crescent (ERC) , which coordinates directly with its Palestinian counterpart, is expected to issue an official statement before sunset outlining updated priorities for aid distribution.

According to preliminary information, these priorities are shifting with the onset of winter, with a current focus on blankets, mattresses, and camping materials to help displaced families cope with the cold weather conditions.
