The General Directorate of Passports in Saudi Arabia has announced the arrival of 1,547,295 pilgrims for this year's Hajj season 1445 AH. Pilgrims have entered the Kingdom through various air, land, and sea ports by the end of Monday, June 10, 2024.
According to the Directorate, a significant majority of the pilgrims, 1,483,312, arrived via air. Meanwhile, 59,273 pilgrims entered through land ports, and 4,710 pilgrims arrived by sea.
The General Directorate of Passports emphasized its dedication to facilitating the entry procedures for pilgrims. They have equipped international air, land, and sea ports with the latest technological devices and staffed them with qualified personnel fluent in various languages to ensure a smooth and efficient process for the guests of Allah.
