FedEx filed a lawsuit on Monday against the U.S. government seeking a "full refund" of the tariffs that were ruled as illegal by the Supreme Court, Xinhua reported.
Prior to the ruling, over 1,000 companies had initiated legal actions against the Trump administration including major U.S. brands such as Costco and Reebok and multinational manufacturers including EssilorLuxottica, Goodyear and Puma.
