Aswaq Misr Express Company, founder of 306 Street project, organized on Saturday a number of events at its sites in Cairo, Giza, Tanta and Damietta to celebrate the Prophet Mohammad's Birthday.
The events included skirt shows and recreational activities for children, as well as decorating the sites of 306th Street with lights. The organizers distributed sugar candies among the Street's visitors.
Khaled Bakri, Chairman and Managing Director of Aswaq Misr Express, said that the aim of these events is to share ambience of the celebration of the Prophet's Birthday and introduce the spirit of joy and happiness to all visiting children.
"The main objective of the 306 project is to provide civilized places that serve as a promenade for the whole family," Bakri added. "…In addition to providing fast food with suitable quality and prices suitable for different segments."
He explained that the coming period will witness development of 306 Street after the company has completed the first experimental phase.
The chairman pointed out that the company seeks to provide all means of support to young people who benefited from the 306 Street project before and after obtaining a site on the street.
Thus, the company launched a new program to help young people named "Heroes", which will include the successful young people within the project and nominated for the opening new branches under the project's umbrella.
Bakri stressed that the company provides all possible facilities for youth to get a unit on 306 Street.
New attractive designs for the sites have been adopted which is similar in beauty to the food carts in European and Arab countries.
