Oman's Sultan Qaboos bin Said is in a "stable condition" and continuing a program of medical treatment, according to a statement issued by Diwan of Royal Court on Tuesday.
It is worth mentioning that, concerns had grown for the sultan's health after his short visit to Belgium for medical treatment this month.
Omani authorities said nothing about his health after his return.
Qaboos, 79, has ruled the Arab state since taking office in 1970.
