Oman will host the World Cancer Congress, Summit and Exhibition 2025 from Nov. 3–6 at the Oman Convention and Exhibition Centre in Muscat.
The event, marking the 25th anniversary of the Oman Cancer Association, is being held in partnership with the Ministry of Health, Ministry of Social Development, and the Qatar Cancer Society. It aims to showcase the latest innovations in cancer care, strengthen global collaboration, and raise awareness of the disease as a pressing health challenge.
The four-day program will feature scientific sessions, policy forums, interactive community events, and a health expo highlighting new treatments, including precision oncology, AI applications in diagnosis, and advanced immunotherapies.
Dr. Wahid Al Kharousi, chairman of the association, said the congress represents “a unique milestone” for Oman’s fight against cancer and a platform to advance international cooperation.
