In a humanitarian initiative guided by Sultan Haitham bin Tariq of Oman, the Oman Humanitarian Services Agency, in cooperation with the Omani Embassy in Cairo and the Egyptian Red Crescent, has delivered thousands of tents to Gaza.
The latest relief shipment, part of an ongoing land-bridge operation, aims to provide safe shelter for families affected by the current humanitarian crisis. The tents, designed to the highest standards, reflect Oman’s longstanding commitment to aiding those in need and convey a message of solidarity and compassion from the people of Oman.
The agency’s acting CEO emphasized that these efforts align with the leadership’s directives to support Palestinians in Gaza, noting that Oman has previously facilitated sixteen air bridges carrying food, shelter, and emergency supplies to the region. Relief operations continue to expand to meet the growing needs of affected communities.
