The OIC Assistant Secretary-General for Economic Affairs, Dr. Ahmad Kawesa Sengendo, received in audience at the OIC General Secretariat, a delegation from the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) led by Ms. Fatou Haidara, Deputy to the Director General and the Managing Director of the Directorate of Global Partnerships and External Relations of the UNIDO.
During the meeting, the two sides dwelt on ways to enhance cooperation between the OIC and UNIDO, including joint efforts towards fostering inclusive and sustainable socio-economic development in the common Member States.
