OIC Praises Bayt Mal Al-Quds Asharif Agency’s Support for Palestinians

The Assistant Secretary-General for Palestine and Al-Quds Affairs of the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) has lauded the vital role played by the Bayt Mal Al-Quds Asharif Agency in assisting the Palestinian people, with a special emphasis on the needs of residents in Jerusalem. The senior OIC official highlighted the agency’s longstanding efforts in delivering social, humanitarian and development support that helps bolster community resilience in the contested holy city.

In remarks during a recent meeting, he underscored the importance of sustained solidarity and cooperation among OIC member states to ensure the agency can continue its work amid ongoing challenges faced by Palestinians.
