At the invitation of the Government of the Republic of Türkiye, Hissein Brahim Taha, Secretary-General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, participated in the Fourth Antalya Diplomatic Forum 11-13 April 2025.
He attended the opening session addressed by Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, President of the Republic of Türkiye, in the presence of a number of world leaders.
He met with some ministers and heads of delegations participating in the Forum.
On the sidelines of the event, the Secretary-General held a series of meetings with high-ranking officials, including the United Nations Under-Secretary-General, the Commissioner-General of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA), Philippe Lazzarini, and the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court (ICC), Karim Ahmad Khan. He also met with heads of participating delegations.
Discussions focused on the latest developments concerning the Israeli occupation’s ongoing aggression against the Gaza Strip and related humanitarian, legal, and political issues.
