The Israeli occupation forces evacuated the residents of the Jenin, Tulkarm and Nour Shams camps in Tulkarm in their ongoing aggression on the northern areas, as part of a declared plan to fragment the West Bank in order to control it and annex parts of it.
The OIC Media Observatory for Israeli Crimes against the Palestinians documented, during the period from 18 to 24 February 2025, (69) martyrs, seven of whom were killed by the fire of the occupation forces in Jenin, Tulkarm and Al-Khalil (Hebron), and ten martyrs in the Gaza Strip in the context of Israeli violations of the ceasefire agreement, and (52) other martyrs whose bodies were recovered from under the rubble in the Gaza Strip. Meanwhile, the number of wounded reached 73, and the number of detainees in the West Bank reached 198 Palestinians. The number of those martyred from October 7, 2023 until February 24, 2025, reached (49,269 martyrs), and (118,464 wounded).
In this context, the occupation forces bulldozed streets and destroyed infrastructure during their storming of the village of Qabatiya in Jenin, and created an opening in the facade of the Bank of Jordan.
They also bulldozed the main street from the entrance to the village of Shuhada all the way towards the village, and uprooted dozens of olive and almond seedlings in Al-Kabarat area located west of the village of Nahalin in Bethlehem.

Israeli extremists storming the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque has become a daily occurrence, while the occupation forces violated the sanctity of a mosque in the village of Burqa in Nablus, stopped Al-Asr (afternoon) prayer and conducted a field investigation with the worshipers at the mosque, raided and searched Salah al-Din Mosque in the village of Abu Dis in Al-Quds, and settlers stormed Abu Al-Auf maqam (shrine) in the village of Sinjil.
In terms of attacks on the education sector, the occupation forces prevented teachers and students of Al-Ibrahimiyya School in the Old City of Al-Khalil from entering the school for several consecutive days.
They also stormed five schools affiliated with the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA), detained and forced the teaching staff to evacuate the students and close these schools in implementation of the ban on UNRWA activities.
They also stormed Qalandia Vocational Training Institute affiliated with UNRWA in Qalandia camp, and issued an order to evacuate it within days. They also stormed Arab al-Malihat School in Ariha (Jericho), and detained 4 Palestinians while they were installing surveillance cameras for the school.
Regarding confiscation of Palestinian lands and properties, the occupation forces delivered a military order to confiscate half a dunum of land from the village of Sebastia and the village of Deir Sharaf, in order to pave a settlement road for a new pastoral settlement outpost in the area.
They also confiscated an agricultural tractor in Qalqilya, a bulldozer in Nablus, a cement mixer and pump in Salfit, and two private vehicles in each of Nablus and Ramallah. Within this context, the settlers damaged a bulldozer and an agricultural tractor in the village of Kafr Qaddum in Qalqilya, and burned a vehicle in Al-Khalil, as well as heavy equipment and light vehicles.
The OIC observatory recorded the occupation forces' demolition of 41 homes in Al-Quds, Salfit, Tulkarm, Al-Khalil and Nablus, and the burning of five homes in Tulkarm, Jenin and Al-Quds, while the occupation forces issued demolition orders against 25 agricultural rooms in the village of Duma in Nablus.
At the same time, the Israelis demolished and burned more than 7 barns and rooms in each of Al-Khalil and Kufr Qaddum in Qalqilya and Al-Quds, in addition to their demolition of a commercial store in Nablus and the bulldozing of lands and stone chains, which reflects the escalation of Israeli crimes over the course of only seven days, reaching (1315) crimes in all areas of the occupied Palestinian territory.
These crimes also included settlement activities and settler raids, with the number of settlement activities reaching eight.
Moreover, the Supreme Planning Council of the Israeli occupation authorities announced a detailed plan to expand the "Etz Efraim" settlement, by seizing lands from the village of "Mas’ha" with an area of 21 dunams in order to build 73 new settlement units, while the occupation authorities began procedures to build 974 other settlement units on an area of 644 dunams to establish a new neighborhood to expand the "Efrat" settlement built on Bethlehem lands.
