OIC, Azerbaijan Organize OIC Cultural Festival 2025 in Baku

The Republic of Azerbaijan is hosting "the OIC Cultural Festival (Baku Creative Week 2025)" in the capital, Baku, from 5 to 11 December 2025, co-organized by the OIC General Secretariat and the Ministry of Culture in the Republic of Azerbaijan.

The General Secretariat is participating in this prominent cultural event with a high-level delegation, headed by Amb. Tarig Ali Bakheet, Assistant Secretary-General for Cultural, Social and Humanitarian Affairs, on behalf of Secretary-General Hissein Brahim Taha.

This world festival shall serve as a platform that brings together thousands of invitees and participants, including ministers of culture, young designers, creators, filmmakers, and innovators within the OIC member states and beyond. The OIC institutions concerned with culture, heritage, and media are also participating in this event, where they will be provided with pavilions to exhibit their programs and productions.

The festival is expected to attract over 300 visitors from over 50 states, during which they will celebrate creativity, dialogue, and cultural values shared by the OIC states. Among the participants are governmental officials, representatives from international organizations, prominent scientific and cultural figures, and experts in the creative, theatrical, and media industries.
