At the invitation of H.E. President Othman Ghazali of the Union of Comoros following his election victory on January 14, the OIC Secretary-General H.E. Mr. Hissein Brahim Taha dispatched a high-level delegation led by the Director-General of Political Affairs to represent him at the event.
