Ángel Gurría, Secretary-General of the Organisation of Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) arrived in Japan ahead of the G20 Summit scheduled to be held on June 28 till 30.
OECD is an international organization with a number of developed countries aimed at economic development and revitalization of trade exchange.
Donald Tusk, President of the European Council has also arrived in Japan to attend the G20 summit.
Japan is on high alert amid rising security concerns and schools in Intex Osaka around the summit venues are granted four-day leave from June 26 to 30.
The Japanese government has also issued enter-exit permissions for the residents of the region in conjunction with the time of the summit, so that foreigners can not enter those areas.
