Bahgat Al Obeidi, the Egyptian writer based in Austria, and the founder of the World Federation of Egyptian Citizens Abroad, said that Egypt under President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi rule depends on all classes of Egyptian society.

“President El-Sisi announced from the first day of his tenure that he would support the groups that had long been marginalized in previous eras,”  Al Obeidi added. “These included young people who could not rise to a state without relying on its young and competent youth.”

“Preparation and programs are being carried out by the Egyptian institutions as well as the Presidential Institution directly commissioned by President Sisi," Obeidi stated.” “These programs aim to prepare and graduate distinct Egyptian youth capable of management in its modern concept, which depends on academic science and life experience.”

He explained that the governing appointment movement, officially adopted by President Sisi, provided clear evidence of the fulfillment of his pledge to the Egyptian people. He promised to prepare young competent leaders once and to empower young people once again and he did that.

The movement of appointing governors has seen a large proportion of young governors, in a special case, which we might call par excellence.

Al Obeidi wished the new governors, especially the young ones, success, and demanded that they work with all their energy to prove their worth with President Sisi's confidence. They take the chance to prove that they are the ideals that hit in the success of the appointing youth for the top important executive positions.
