Number of Ukrainian Refugees in Poland Nears 10 Mln

Poland’s Border Guard said on Sunday that the country received 9,776,000 refugees from Ukraine since Russia’s invasion on February 24.

"Radio Poland” mentioned that the country received Sunday 23,700 refugees from Ukraine, while 24,000 refugees returned to Ukraine.

US President Joe Biden will travel to Poland for a two-day official visit from February 20 to 22, on the occasion of the first anniversary of the Russian-Ukrainian war. ‏

In a statment, the White House added that during the visit, the US president will meet with Polish President Andrzej Duda and NATO leaders.
