NRIAG: This Year's Ramadan 30 Days

The National Research Institute of Astronomy & Geophysics (NRIAG) announced on Tuesday that the final day of Ramadan will be on April 9, adding that this year's Ramadan will be a 30-day month.

According to astronomical studies, the longest Ramadan day is the final one, and the duration of the fasting will be 14 hours, and 14 

Furthermore, the crescent moon will be set before the sunset of the observation day.

So, Thursday, April 10 will be the first day of Shawal, and the beginning of Shawal and Eid Al Fitr.
