North Korea on Thursday condemned Israeli strikes on Iran and warned the United States and European powers against "igniting the fuse of war," a foreign ministry spokesman said.
" The Democratic People's Republic of Korea expresses grave concern over the Israeli military attack and strongly condemns it," a Foreign Ministry spokesman said in a statement reported by the North's official Korean Central News Agency.
He added that Israel's killing of civilians is an "unforgivable crime against humanity."
He considered that "Israel's illegal action raises the risk of a new all-out war in the Middle East."
He pointed out that the actions of the United States and European powers "are pushing the situation in the Middle East into a catastrophic, uncontrollable phase."
