Officials revealed on Saturday that there are "multiple victims" and no survivors from a plane that crashed near downtown Victoria, Minnesota in the United States of America.
The FAA said the plane had departed Alexandria Municipal Airport and was en route to Flying Cloud Airport in Eden Prairie when it came down around 5:40 p.m.
The plane struck a house as it came down, as the crash took place in a residential area of Victoria – west of Chanhassen – in the western outer ring of the Twin Cities metro area.
Details are extremely limited, but MnDOT says Highway 5 is closed in both directions between Steiger Lake Lane and Victoria Drive "due to an air crash."
Authorities have yet to confirm any details, but police scanner and aviation social media groups have reported that the crash led to a fire. A video posted to Twitter shows some of the scenes.

An aviation expert on the Minneapolis-St. Paul Aviation Spotting Facebook group found a flight track that shows a 1992 Mooney M.20-M that tracked from west to east over Lake Waconia and then flew over Highway 5 before crashing.
The post shows aviation information to suggest that the aircraft was descending at 9,600 feet per minute prior to the crash.
