Nigerian government took a step against Czech Republic to express its rejection of its position in support of the war waged by Israel on the Gaza Strip, which is described as "genocide."
Abuja told Czech Prime Minister Peter Fiala that it had canceled his scheduled visit to Nigeria.
It pointed out that the cancellation of the visit came in response to the Czech rejection of the draft resolution on a ceasefire in Gaza, which was discussed in the United Nations General Assembly on October 27th.
It is worth mentioning that the visit was part of an African tour undertaken by the Czech PM, which included other countries.
