Nicaraguan Ambassador to Moscow Alba Azucena Torres Mejia said Sunday that her country will always support Russia and is ready for comprehensive cooperation with it.
"This year, we celebrate the 79th anniversary of diplomatic relations between the two countries... During this time, we have proven that we will always stay with Russia, we are friends with it, and we love and respect this wonderful country," Nicaraguan ambassador added, according to TASS news agency.
"I think Nicaragua will try to develop relations with Russia in all fields," she added.
