"Next Home" Real Estate Development company announced plans to inject new investments worth 2 billion pounds as part of its expansion plan in the real estate market during the coming period.
CEO Eng. Mostafa El-Tunisi said that the company has developed a new expansion plan that is in line with the vision of the Board of Directors headed by Eng. Imad Mansour and is in line with its goals in the real estate market, including pumping investments worth 2 billion pounds in a number of new projects in the New Administrative Capital in 2021.
The company is currently investing 500 million pounds in its latest commercial project, "Business Arena", in the Mokattam area. This project is the largest administrative commercial complex that provides different spaces and various payment methods for more than one category and helps business owners to develop their business well. It also includes a mall and a commercial walkway.
The designs of the commercial buildings in the "Business Arena" project are pided into a commercial walkway that includes many hypermarkets, a restaurant and café area located on an area of 3000 square meters, in addition to the designs of the administrative buildings that are pided into medical complexes - administrative offices - reception and waiting places for customers.

The "Business Arena" project is a new trend within the Next Point project located on the Maadi circular road and deals with a different approach to integrate many activities into one community that ensure the provision of a strong product and represents an excellent addition to the commercial communities in the heart of Cairo and contributes to meeting corporate clients, banks and major brands, and it is located on an area of more than 4000 square meters.
The Business Arena contains special reception gates for administrative offices and clinics with electronic security gates that have an organizational form that matches the nature of the facility's work to protect the business area within the "Next Point".
Al-Tunisi added that the expansion strategy of "Next Home" counts on strong partnerships that will be announced soon, including a joint contract with a bank, which is a strategic partnership and a formal alliance in order to advance the economy and for more opportunities, both direct and indirect, with the aim of establishing Residential and commercial projects in line with the master plan of "Next Home".
