Netanyahu explained that by signing this agreement, the Lebanese government is "practically telling Iran and Hezbollah to get out of Lebanon and leave it alone," praising what he described as the "courage" shown by the Lebanese government.
Israeli PM also added that he had previously strongly opposed any attempts to impose a unilateral withdrawal on Israel, elaborating that the equation has now changed.
Moreover, He noted that the United States and Lebanon are now officially informing Tehran that Lebanese affairs "no longer concern it," which directly contributes to strengthening Israel and weakening Iranian influence.
