Israeli Prime Minister's Office announced that Benjamin Netanyahu will visit Washington D.C. this Wednesday to meet with U.S. President Donald Trump, where they will discuss the latest developments regarding ongoing negotiations with Iran and the nuclear file.
The statement clarified that the meeting will primarily focus on updates concerning negotiations between the United States and Iran, amid escalating regional tensions and concerns surrounding the Iranian nuclear program.
The two leaders are expected to discuss approaches to any potential agreement, in addition to joint coordination regarding regional security challenges.
The meeting comes at a time when Washington is intensifying its diplomatic efforts related to the Iranian file. Meanwhile, Israel reaffirms its rejection of any understanding that does not include strict limitations on Tehran’s nuclear activities.
