Israeli Prime Minister (PM) Benjamin Netanyahu stated from the city of Bat Yam that Israel is engaged in an existential battle and warned that Iran will pay a heavy price.
He added, “Iranian missiles pose an existential threat to Israel,” according to a breaking news report by Al Qahera News.
Israeli media reported on Sunday that 13 people were killed and around 250 others injured following a barrage of Iranian missiles that struck multiple locations across Israel.
Tensions between Iran and Israel have escalated significantly in recent hours.
This follows a major Israeli assault launched early Friday morning, during which Israel reportedly used over 200 fighter jets to strike Iranian targets, including nuclear facilities, research centers, and military bases, as confirmed by Netanyahu.
