On Sunday, Hezbollah's secretary-general Hassan Nasrallah indicated that Iran is strong and it is capable of deciding the right time of taking an action or revenge.
Nasrallah's talk came on the occasion of the first anniversary of Qasem Soleimani's assassination, continuing to refute all myths regarding Iran's dependence on its allies. He asserted that Iran can direct its action militarily.
In the same context, the secretary-general highlighted, "the whole region is witnessing rising tensions," explaining, "Gulf and Israel are some concerned due to the anniversary of Soleimani's assassination."
Last year, the United States carried out strikes on military vehicles inside Baghdad International Airport, in which Qassem Soleimani, the commander of Iran’s Revolutionary Guards’ Quds Force was killed.
Iraqi media outlets confirmed Soleimani’s murder besides the killing of the deputy chief of the Popular Mobilization Forces (PMF) Abu Mahdi Al-Muhandis.
