The international forum "World Quality Day – 2025" will be held in Moscow from 10 to 14 November. Leading experts, government representatives, and businesses from around the world will develop solutions that will influence the quality standards of goods and services, company productivity, and consumer safety in Russia, TV BRICS reported.
TV BRICS serves as the international information partner of the event.
Forum participants will discuss how artificial intelligence and robotics are increasing labour productivity. Separate sessions will be devoted to modern management systems, new approaches to internal audit, and human capital development.
The forum will showcase real-world examples from various industries. The programme also includes sessions on digitalisation in construction and energy, cooperation between manufacturers and retail chains, and new standards in medicine and education.
"The forum traditionally serves as a unique platform for open dialogue between business, the state, and society, covering key vectors of quality development: from improving business processes and productivity to building a reliable national quality infrastructure," emphasised the Head of Roskachestvo, Maksim Protasov.
The forum programme will include the award ceremony of the first federal "Service-Country" prize to the best companies in the field of customer service. Special events for students and young professionals are also planned.
This year marks the sixth time the forum will be held. In 2024, the forum brought together 460 speakers from 29 countries, and online broadcasts were watched by more than 2.4 million people from 72 countries.
The organisers of the forum are the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, Roskachestvo, Rosstandart, and Federal Service for Accreditation with the support of the All-Russian Public Organisation of Small and Medium-Sized Businesses "Opora Rossii" and the Plekhanov Russian University of Economics.
