The Russian authorities announced the formation of a Russian investigative committee to examine and review information related to the use of chemical munitions by the Ukrainian army toward Orekhov in the Donbas.
The authorities stated, according to (Russia Today) channel, that investigators of the Russian Committee are investigating the crimes of Ukrainian gangs against the civilian population in Donbas and the Belgorod region, noting that chemical munitions are being used in Donbas from the direction of Orekhov for the Ukrainian armed forces.
On the other hand, the Russian Foreign Ministry confirmed, regarding London's decision to transfer "Storm Shadow" missiles to Ukraine, that the Russian side reserves the right to take all necessary measures to neutralize the threats that may arise from that.
The Russian ministry indicated that full responsibility for the consequences that may arise from the decision rests entirely with the authors and executors of this reckless step.
Britain had announced, earlier, that it had delivered "Storm Shadow" missiles to Ukraine (the missile's range is about 250 km).
