In a statement, Russian Foreign Ministry said that it is calling on all responsible governments and international bodies to strongly condemn the horrific terrorist attack that took place in Donetsk on Sunday.

The ministry said that the attack, which killed at least 23 people and injured dozens, was a clear violation of international law and that it would hold Ukraine accountable for its actions.
